One hundred and five riders in 35 teams Rode the Lobster in Nova Scotia in June, 2008.
Thirteen were women.
TEAM VENUS
L to R: Michele Manna-Hastings, Irene Genelin, and Louise Lovelle. A few hundred yards from the finish line on Day 5, late in the afternoon on Midsummer’s Night Eve in Baddeck, on the shores of the Bras D’Or Lakes, in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
Team Venus finished 20th.

We drove into town with our fastest rider, David Stone, on the wheel. We hadn’t thought of riding into town as a group!
