Exclamation UFO(s) sighting from my house!

While working on my backyard roof late this afternoon (12/29/11) , I happened to look over the roof line, apparently at just the right moment, and I saw what I can only explain as a GROUP OF UFOs!!! There were moving almost unbelievably slow, so it's a safe bet these weren't jets or any other aircraft from this world! Weather balloons? I doubt it.

Until today, I've never really taken this stuff very seriously, but after seeing this with my own eyes, I'm still saying WTF!!?? Have a look.

I think what you saw was a migrating flock of the elusive, southern California flying cheeseburgers.

Huh, funny coincidence, on the very same day I was flying my translucent bauble kite around the area.

...or perhaps you've borne witness to a rip in the barrier between dimensions that will soon unleash Lovecraftian horrors upon our world. If you were to see the true form of those points of light you would instantly be driven past the brinks of madness and quite probably die as your brain short-circuited on the other side.

We must consult the literature to find a solution before it's too late:

There is probably another(more logic) explanation than UFOs
Last your we had to make a big presentation about a subject and I did it about extraterrestrial life.. and I wrote a book from Walter Ulrich (and german astronaut) where he explains, says a lot of intresting stuf to travel to other planets, UFO's,...

Some arguments against UFOs are:
-why would they travel hunderds of year to our planet and take only a quick look to see whats life here?
(because the closest planets are +- 10light years away and he guesses travelling at 10% of the lightspeed is duabel faster not...(fasted raket now has around 0,01% of lightspeed I guess (63 000km/h))

- those ships has to be huge!! (like some km²) those little things we always see are a lot smaller and how would it be possible nasa doesn't see UFOs while they can see small stones in space..

-and its proven that like almost every ufo vid has a logic explanation ^^

If you are intrested in this subject I recommend you to also read the book! its really cool

Hey UniGeezer,

Interesting video,
and certainly something different.

Can you tell us what happened after the part we see in the video?

If there's no life out there, what a tremendous waste of space.

Can you name the actor/movie/character that line is from, without googling it?

The question of the nature of those lights has very little to do with the question of whether there is life elsewhere in the universe.

Of course there is life. There's no reason to believe that we will ever be able to communicate with it, even if, by whatever slim chance, we happen come into contact with it, however.

It annoys me that whenever anyone sees anything strange in the sky, the first thought is always, "alien spacecraft!"
No. It is a UFO. A bloody Unidentified Flying Object. That means you don't know what it is, right? And in most cases there's nothing to indicate that it's anything particularly extraordinary.

Also, Carl Sagan.

Steven Seagal as Gino Felino in Out for Justice?

If you really want to know what you were seeing, talk to other people who saw it. Maybe there's something online about it, with people discussing what they witnessed. Someone who is interested in finding out might ask where people saw those objects (what part of the sky). This would narrow down their location/distance/altitude.

If a group of weather balloons, for example (party balloons aren't all white--maybe a wedding?) were relased around the same time, would they not be in the same air currents and tend to stay together?
