Hand wheel walk for level 8 - one or two hands?

Does it matter if you perform this skill with one hand instead of two in order to pass IUF skill level 8?

I'm finding it easier to learn one-handed hand wheel walk than two-handed, perhaps because I have a free hand to flail for balance.
