That was so WRONG!

I will be thinking about you and your bagpipes quite a bit today!
Have another read of his post 57Uni

HAAAA!

I told you guys I was a S L O W learner!!!

I read it over and over again (prior to your post Juni).
There was some barely readable white writing, and I began to think GILD was up to something, but I couldn't figure it out.

I was misinterpreting "chucked in another set" to mean somebody gained another set for themselves (stole the bagpipes).

Boy, what a surprise for someone to GIVE you theirs, GILD!!!
They must have been having about as much luck with it as I did a while back!

By now, you guys must be thinking I'm REALLY a KOOK!

Now I am LAUGHING and smiling twice as big at your bagpipe talents GILD!

Thanks for pointing out my error Juni!

Happy to hear of your good forturne GILD!
Yay for the new accordian!

HAAA! Too funny!

I hope you can soon get another set... or FIND the culprit and get them BACK!

I meant get the pipes back, not the culprit.

Gee, I messed up your very neat story GILD.

I'm glad to hear it was really a pleasant story afterall.
Sorry I misinterpreted it. My brain just finished it wrong after I read "My worst nightmare" happened.

I quite often use that joke when doing the announcements when we play at public events.
That and "Why do bagpipers always walk when they play?"
Cause they're trying to get away from the noise.

I enjoy tinkering with any instrument I can get my hands on. But I mainly play Ukulele, as well as electric guitar.

I have been playing harmonica on my car rides (an hour total every day) and I find that the exercise it gives my lungs is very rewarding. Playing hard can give a "high" feeling, and it makes breathing itself more enjoyable. This is very interesting to me, since I mainly play string instruments, I am not exposed to this as much.

Primary instrument is guitar, but I can get by on piano. I used to read music as a kid in school band, but now it's all by ear (or by eye and ear from youtube vids!).
