Does July 20th work internationally? Not that I mind unicycling in the cold.

I'm good with July 20th either way, and just for the amusement it will really add to those "where's your other wheel" comments on that day.

Maybe a poll should be made?

Nice. But you should have said quarters instead of each season, because of the hemisphere difference.

I like the sound of July 20th, that works for me!

How do we go about promoting this?

Good question. This is going to be hard to get organized, or even accepted.

There's a book called Chase's Calendar of Events that seems to be given to libraries and schools. If we can contact them about it, we're good to go and it is official; the day is technically a small holiday after that However, informing people is another story.

If some clubs wanted to, they could hold small conventions for the people of their town on... July 20th, so that they could try it out and meet us.

Everyone would obviously be going for a ride.

There's a lot of things we could do, too many to post here. If anyone else has any ideas, post them.

Yes, you're right. I probably should have. Let's just assume summer is near July, winter is near december, spring is sometime around April, and fall is around October.

My conception of the seasons are a little out of whack because I've lived on the equator for five years.

I have no idea how to make it official, maybe (as mentioned) we could tell our local unicycle clubs (LUCs)

Ooh, nice idea! That's a great way to tell everyone... assuming sufficient people "Like" it, that is.

Good call. The power of social media can drive this thing so fast.

Get in behind it.

Aw... I was making my own page when I saw this post... now I have to go delete it.

But we'll need more than 61 people to make this an international holiday.

Maybe I'll see if Google will do a doodle for it.

Just emailed Google, but Hallmark doesn't take or even consider outsider ideas.
