Im the other way round, rarely get injured riding MUni however as soon as I try Trials I injure myself. (not seriously yet.. touch wood)

While you're at it, make it change the crank length during the pedal cycle, so that you spin in an ellipsis.

here is my list:
get 360 sidespins consistent
get 540 unispins consistent
crankflips
hickflips
540 sidespins
720 unispins
varial rolls
improve my rolling combos
crankflip and hickflip down stairs
grind bigger rails and eventually hand rails
sidehop at least 1.1 m consistently
get better at hopping to and from skinnies and posts

Good question. My uni goals for 2011 are:

- riding 100miles for the first time
- riding 40km/h or more on my geared 28" as maximum speed
- maybe a new 1hours wr if someone bet my old one
- riding more muni and getting better at drops
- 360 unispin
- normal crankflip
- stand up wheelwalk

Awesome goals. 40k on that thing is fast! Assuming your gear is 1.5x overdrive, that speed is almost exactly equivalent in terms of cadence to my highest recorded "max speed" (not sustained) according to my computer on ungeared 36 (34.6km/hr; 220rpm). What length of crank are you running? 40km/hr is a pretty cool landmark!

What was your old 1hr record? I believe GizmoDuck currently holds the official title at 29.993km. It would be cool to see this pushed above 30.

My cranks are 125mm and I did 32km/h on flat already. The biggest problem is my head

My old 1hr record (and first for women in general) is 23,659km.
