180º hoptwist is in levels 2 and 3 of extreme unicycling.

Does that mean that hopping seat out is harder the gliding. Because if that is the case I am doing something wrong trying to glide. I have a feeling that the wheel walk and 1 ft wheel walk and gliding are a little too early.

i like the old levels better. no categories=no problem. and the order is super weird on most of the new levels
