training

hi leute,
wollte mal wissen was ihr so als training macht damit ihr auch immer fit für's uni bleibt? Krafttraining oder eher joggen gehen oder so.

Ganz viel Einradfahren für die Kondi ab und zu mal XC Einradfahren und für die Fußmuskeln Slacklinen. Für andere Sportarten habe ich leider keine Zeit.

Ahhhh, slacklinen ich glaube so ein ding liegt bei mir auch noch irgendwo rum. danke für den tipp.
