I know what you guys think.

However,

I actually love trampoline unicycling. It's incredibly fun, and I wish you wouldn't diss it unless you've seriously taken the time to learn the tricks. A 1260 on a trampoline is hard in its own unique way.

I'm just trying to have a good time.

I disagree, throwing a 1260 on a trampoline is not a slow throw at all. A 1080 is a still hard spin to do, even on a trampoline.

That 1260 looks like it has the speed of a 540 on flat.

It was cool.

you seem pretty confident on the trampoline, so you are in the perfect position to learn seat whips:

Start seat in, do a front tire grab then really quickly flick the seat/frame backwards, without letting go of the tire. As the seat comes back around in front of you let go of the tire and catch the seat. Your feet stay on the pedals the whole time.

I think this would be very doable on a trampoline. When i was trying them a couple of years back, i could get the seat around hopping off a 30cm ledge. I just couldn't coordinate catching it and landing. On a trampoline you will have much more time and it will be less scary. Once your proficient just do them off ledge.

oh and a tip, wear thick gloves in case you jam your fingers in the frame.

Luke

Thanks man!
I actually tried those yesterday, wasn't too close, but I'll keep trying. What way do I drop the seat though. In front of me or behind me?

Honestly, to each his own. But I would much rather see videos of you on actual concrete. Hit the road you know?
At least your having fun though...

This move would help the sport more than even a 1080 on flat ground. Since it's big. It appeals to the non-unicyclist. That's what is important. That's if you want if side with what the trick (clip) does for the sport.

One another hand you have the difficulty. Looks pretty scary, as well as, how the hell did he catch the seat down by his feet. (Exclude the rhyming). That's impressive.

Lastly the spin, looks quick to me, watch the beginning of the spin, don't judge the speed by the end, everything slows down after time. Looks as fast as a 720 atleast at first. I just don't understand how he caught the uni so low.

I enjoyed the clip a lot, but i'm more jealous of his house. Tramp into the ground, that's sick, with that view. Lucky lucky. Good for him. Backflip time!

Luke, good to see you are "back". At least posting. Hard to judge activity by posts.

Urgh.... Luke just because you've given up on seat whips dosn't mean you should tell others to try it! No ones landing this on video before me! Over my deadbody.
