Oh, well thanks for posting it then Can you offer up some other advice that won't help?

Just kidding

Oh man, I guess it's time to finally learn to ride 1 footed... Ugh!

Hah, its just a matter of trying it, and eventually you just get it

What i find helps it to put heaps of weight on the handle, like push down lots.

But, just try

I don't know why but when I first learned this trick that helped me alot too.

It's a big step for most riders imo...it's very scary taking your feet off the pedals! Just start by taking your foot off the pedal when it's at the top and let momentum push you forwards, half rev and land back on it...you'll eventually be able to do more and more revs. Also, make sure to lift your foot directly up and into the crown as not to upset your balance.

when you get it consistent for the first time it feels amazing

I'm not good at this yet and I can only get about 3 revs, but I would suggest starting on a small hill. This helps momentum and makes the pedal come back around easier. Another thing I found is that you need to take pressure off the pedal just before it gets to the bottom, or you will push it down and you'll stop halfway through the rev. I might be completely wrong as I'm just learning this my self, but I thought this might help.
