UK - lots of unicycle parts!

Hey guys

Taking a new approach to getting a new uni - I'm now just after parts so I can build one myself.

I need:
  • a saddle
  • a frame (don't care how basic it is)
  • a seat post + clamp
  • a hub (preferably splined - but can go either way. if you've an old splined KH hub that would be amazing even if its bent a bit on flanges)
  • a rim (sort of have one lined up, but just in case that falls through)

Pretty sure I have the other parts spare in the garage, but if not I'll update this. Honestly, will consider anything even if you think it's a heap of rubbish as just trying to treat the boyfriend without breaking the bank.. (he's already broke the bank hense the lack of monies! )

Amanda

Any specs on the saddle? Like a handle for jumping or can it be any saddle?
I may have one, you would just have to pay the shipping from germany.

Don't mind if it doesn't have a handle as long as it's compatible with one as I plan to buy new bumpers/handle for it (unless someone has a mint condition saddle). Any pics Marco? How much would shipping be? (Email me if you want - you've got my email )

I assume you're after a 20" frame? I've got a 29" frame, complete with seat post and clamp sitting here. Possibly got a UDC saddle too (but I'll have to search a bit). A 20" wheel will fit and work, but obviously things like coasting aren't going to be easy.

£15 plus postage if I can find the seat?

STM

edit: Just remembered I've also got an old 20" yellow Pashleigh rim too. It's straight, but won't take any abuse though.

If you're still looking for a saddle I've got a couple of spares I don't want (i.e. they're pretty nasty, but useable). One is KH foam and cover on a metal base, with handle I think, although I'd have to dig it out and check. I think the cover is a pre-fusion one, so might need glueing on. The other is a really cheap but decent condition metal based saddle off my UDC learner uni. Both normal 4-bolt pattern.

You're welcome to either (or both) of them - I'll never use them, they're just taking up space in my bike parts cupboard.

Mine would have been an old Viscount.. not even possible to put a handle on there.
Dont know how much shipping would be, i'll look that up.

Hey Marco - don't worry about finding out about postage ideally do need something with a handle.

I've now got most the needed parts lined up just finalising some stuff so I think now all I really need is an Isis Hub.. Anyone got one??

Hey

I've now got every part I need except for an Isis Hub. I'd really like a KH one but anything that will fit KH moments on will be absolutely fine. Will consider anything!

Thanks guys
