There ya go,
Reviews of the jackshits indicate bearing problems.

The nice thing about shay cams sites is that real size comes up, showing the Ruben (in orange!!) an inch bigger than the Demolitions (in Cyan Blue and Purple!!) at 32.99, which are a fraction bigger than the Premiums (in Red). The Demolitions are priced right, nice shape, hopefully the cut outs for weight reduction aren't too extensive.

I've been looking for pedals that are wider along the axle for my UW, where fatigue sets in and feet slip off dangerously.

Thanks!!

Dangit, just wrote a good review of Jackshits but hit 'back' instead of clicking off the options.

Anyways. Ive had the same pair of Konas since I got my first uni (Sun Classic), went onto my Torker DX which went through a lot of abuse, and a weekend of Moab sand. Then onto my KH, and now off to Phil when he needed to use them.

As good as the day I bought them. =p

the Unigoat--from Speedgoat, may help our cause

errr...also my cause to hook up my feet...

Speedgoat.com is a great shop in that it's a real bikeshop with real employees who ride, and also a great online shop. You can actually talk to people there that ride--on the phone. They have a nice selection of pedals, and hopefully Unigoat can do some measurements.

The most promising candidates from that shop look like the Drive's, the Atomlab Aircorps, the Wellgo MG-1, (and maybe the straitlines--although I'm least hopeful about those). I'm hoping for width and weight measurements.

Thx.

Here's the other part of why I care.

I'm doing a lot of super-steep, rocky, loose-terrain muni. I usually have no room to adjust foot-position after I mount, because I'm instantly facing sick terrain. I'm just trying to make it a little easier on myself.

Kona Bicycles make a pretty good flat, durable and grippy pedal. I use these on my mountain bike and would put them on my unicycle for sure. Check these out.

Wow! 298 grams. By far the lightest I've seen. I do worry though, unless you weigh very little. In biking, Ti spindles are known to bend or break under heavy loads. I'm sure there's a reason I've never seen a DH or BMX pedal with a Ti spindle before. Truly, good luck. A great pedal for a great price if your riding style and/or weight fit the bill.

odyssey trail mixes are pretty wide and hella grippy, their on my 24kh. mg-1's are on my bmx, the grippiest and soo light. mg-1's are my favorite, but i cant grind on them. so i cant really uni with them.

I'm really surprised that no one has recommended Straitlines yet. I have a set, they are so ridiculously perfect. Really wide, really grippy, the pins don't get torn out, really thin, have really nice feel, look beautiful, and are made very, very well.

Straitlinecomponents.com

They are by far the best pedals I have ever ridden, I love them.

Well duh, that's what happens when you ride awesome big pedals.

A little weight never hurts either.

Im close to 200 pounds and use them. Take them down some pretty big sets and drops, aand some good wrecks, and they are fine.

Those pedals look awesome!!!! I love the design and they seem fairly bulletproof. More pedals should use polymer bushings instead of sealed bearings. All around a beautiful design. Oh, and there's a post on the homepage about the actual dimensions so there you go!

Does anyone think you could get the effect of a longer pedal axle with a 1" adapter between the pedal and the crank, so the lateral side of your foot is supported by the pedal instead of sticking off the edge of the pedal?
