Longnecks or shortnecks, they're all the same price. I think he told me the double crown is the same price aswell actually.

You could just get a frame. They might be on sale, just not listed. Email Darren.

But a longneck frame would be $150 CDN. That's not a Halloween special either. If he is selling them with the special, it would be pretty inexpensive.

Does anyone know of the double crowns come in any colors? Every picture I've seen of the regular KH is blue, every one of the double crown is uncolored.

Any idea on how much a powdercoat would cost?
Are the regulars only blue?

There definatly won't be a special on powdercoating. I'm pretty sure that the unicycles and unicycle parts that are on special, are KH. I might be wrong, but I was at the Halloween sale last year, and I think that's what Darren told me..

Here's the normal pricelist (kind of outdated but it's still generally the same me thinks).

I think he can powdercoat many colours but all regular KH's are blue (except doublecrowns).

I just bought from Darren for the first time last week (including a hat, which is now on sale...), and I don't think I'll buy a unicycle from anywhere else. It's a great store run by a great guy, and I want to support him.

Thanks. I looked on the price list before but managed to miss the bits about how much they charge for powdercoating. Stupid me.

Now time to look in my bank account and convince myself that I can spend this much.

Ditto. Got 3 of 4 unis from him. But he needs bumper stickers ...to go on cars, amps, etc.

Soulless Companies

Actually AEbikes has a very nice store. they have one of the biggest bike shops in Michigan. The whole issue was that they were/are marking up the price to make the same profit margins that they make on bikes. This is totally logical. AEbikes gave my friends and I very good service. KH unicycles are supposed to be perfect when leaving the factory. I don't see any value added at UDC. Now if Darren is powdercoating them and so on then it is only fair that he gets a profit. In true capitalism it is the business that serves the most people with the best and cheapest service that usually wins in the end!

Unicorn.
