רכיבה על רגל אחת
פעם אמרו לי שהשיטה לרכיבה על רגל אחת היא קודם לתפוס מהירות ואז להרים רגל אחת אבל זה לא מצליח.
למישהו יש רעיון?

I can't speak or write a lick in Hebrew, but I love the language and Israel in general.

לפדל אם רגל אחד
מאוד חשוב לדעת לתת מספיק כח בדחיפה למטה ואז לשוט בחצי סיבוב הבא. קשה בהתחלה אבל אם הנסיון בה המומחיות!

מה שאתה צריך להתאמן עליו זה ליסוע ולאט לאט להוריד לחץ מהרגל. כשאתה כבר לא מפעיל עליה לחץ (והנסיעה הופכת להיות קצת מקוטעת), אז תרים אותה אל המזלג.
אתה יכול להתאמן גם על עמידה במקום עם רגל אחת כדי לתרגל הרמה של הרגל את המזלג Last edited by MatsaBrite; 2008-11-14 at 01:14 PM. |
