How long are your cranks?

How long are the cranks on your trials unicycle? Saw a thread about where to get cranks and was wondering how long peoples cranks were. If I forgot a length please tell me.

Cranks for trial vary from 135 to 145. Shorter or longer then that you're crazy.

Yes Nathan, you're crazy to ride 114mm cranks on your trials

I have 137mm.

i know it sounds rude and i assure you i ride 140s, but aren't shorter cranks supposed to be better for flipping?

I have 137mm.
Actually they were 110's and I used them in a trials comp twice and did pretty well with them in one of them. I used them for quite a long time.

I use 125's now though. I would prefer is 130's existed but I'm probably going to switch over to 137's in the end. I want to replace my whole wheel, its giving me hell, the K1 cranks keep on getting destroyed and I think the smaller cranks are holding me back for trials, so I might as well give in to public pressure and go with the norm.

Once you get them going they should spin faster, but you have less torque on the wheel so it takes more pressure to flip shorter cranks.

I've never tried flipping my 110's I've tried 125's 137's and 145's. For me the 125s are the easiest but only because that is what I'm used to. I remember Spencer talking about flipping 110's compared to a longer crank and him saying it was quite strange.
