Kris Holm Schlumpf Muni Hub vs Schlumpf Road Hub
Does anyone know the weight difference between these two? The person that answered the phone at UDC today, (not John D or Amy) said the KH hub is over three pounds. Is that right? Seems heavy.
Also, has anyone who has ridden both been able to discern any difference in the slop factor? Thanks! |

Shouldn't the KH version weigh more? If it weighed the same or less I'd question the difference in strength...

I emailed Florian about this. He said the KH hubs weighs 100 grams more. I decided that weight is worth the upgrade to a splined and more robust hub.
