The game is pretty fun. Ive fived starred all the songs on expert now. I havent had a chance to play online yet though, cause it can never connect for me, but I can play halo 3 online just fine.

I guess it gives some dependencies for your fingers, but theres no better way than actually playing your real guitar.

Guitar Hero is a genius concept for a game. It gives non-musicians some sense of the thrill of making music. It's no wonder so many people are hooked on it. It's too bad though that it ultimately doesn't teach anyone how to play the guitar.

I've never played it, though. Maybe I'd try if they came out with Keytar Hero or Theremin Hero. That would be pretty cool.

I like the concept of it, would really like to try it someday. But I would need to buy a PS2, the game, the console... that's too much money to spend

I'm probably going to buy Guitar Hero III for 360 soon. I played guitar hero II for a little bit. I've only beat it on Medium and Easy, trying to learn Hard/Expert.

my brother plays GH3 an average of 4-6 hours a day, no joke. He's playing it right now too... He's going crazy cause we also got surround sound for Christmas and I can hear the bass from the speakers all the way in my room, 1 story above him.

Mild?

A coworker brought Rock Band into the office the other day. We played it in the auditorium on our 10-foot projection screen w/ surround sound. Kickasssssssss....

...we started at 7 PM and had to stop at 2:30 AM 'cause we were all hungry, tired and dehydrated. Way too much fun.
