mhhhh... im a guy from germany, on the page you can register, then you have a virtual pub. you get a link and when somebody clicks on it, he "buyes" beer from you.(he dont has to pay it real)
the bet with my friend is: who first has 1000euro gets 1kg sweets from the other. im sorry about my shitty english^^ and i hope you understood.
