changing cranks
Are there any special tools needed to change cranks? I'm getting ready to put 127's on my N36.
Thanks, Marty |

I assume N36 means Nimbus 36, which uses square tapered cranks if I remember rightly. You'll need a square tapered crank puller and a 8mm allen key/14mm socket wrench (depending on what sort of bolt you have on your cranks).
Here's a guide http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=103 . Note make sure you put the cranks on the correct side else you will have the pedals on the wrong side (they have different thread directions) which will cause them to undo when you pedal forwards.
