You need animation software to change the image. But when we made that avatar, we made several versions of the same one. All these images have different attributes to do with picture quality and image size.











Some of those images have different quality and two of them are smaller than the others.

no I didn't think they were. But John If you wanted to make that vid into an avatar you would need to download it (easy!) then find someone with macromedia flash, because you can copy videos straight into it and it makes it into animation. I would do it for you but I only have flash at school, and have just started my 6 week holiday!
