Crankflips! How long did they take you?

I've just started to try and learn crankflips, i can zeroplant and footplant crankflip but am not having any luck with the full crankflip. I was just wondering if people could tell me roughly how long it took you to learn and how long was it before you got them consistantly? It only took me about 3hrs to learn 360unispin but i just cant seem to get close with a crankflip!!!!

It took me a few hours probably between 2 and 3 hours I think, after I could zeroplant and landed a few crankflip footplants I just went straight onto full crankflips and after about 20-30 mins landed them

also if your just learning look at this thread, its like a competition who can land a crankflip first

I got Zeroplants on my 3rd try, so that was in about 5mins.

I never bothered with the ledge, like in Shauns video.

Crankflips, I never seriously practiced for a long time. Maybe try it once one day and jsut keep doing some trials.

One day i finally decided to practice them, and I think it took about 20mins to land my first one. I tried another one, and landed, then went for 3 in a row, but wreck, so got up and did the third one.

Dedicated practice always work. =p

I can't do them. I haven't given them much practice, but I get scared everytime I let my feet off the pedals for too long. Perhaps if I went to the skatepark more frequently/had more time to spare I'd be able to, but keep practicing! You might just become the oldest crankflipper on the forums!
