Two obvious violations:
1. Insufficient tire pressure for added cargo weight. 2. Riding backwards without mirrors.

His wheel's on backwards. Just a guess.
Also, unicycling among meat hooks like that, I think I'd want serious chin and eye protection! Now for the obvious question: Where the hell did that picture come from??
