Two obvious violations:

1. Insufficient tire pressure for added cargo weight.
2. Riding backwards without mirrors.

His wheel's on backwards. Just a guess.

Also, unicycling among meat hooks like that, I think I'd want serious chin and eye protection!

Now for the obvious question: Where the hell did that picture come from??

Actually I think the hooks are better for safety, this way if he falls he can grab a hook and prevent a nasty fall.

imagine tucking into a big steak that has jues previously been unicycled across the coldroom. that for me would be the ultimute meal, although i dont eat steak

My guess is he's not riding at all. Mounted with his left foot a little forward on the pedal to help with all that weight he's carrying, and just posing to have the perfect composition among all those hooks. Mounting into a stillstand generally gives you more control if you're just going for a still image.
