Yes, I do my own design and my own hosting. The setup of unicycle.net hasn't changed that much over the years. Here's the old version I had between end 1998 and mid 2006.
The video integration is not that revolutionair. The transparency is just greenscreen/chroma-key'ing. The fading just a jpeg. I think I should make things more tight.
