Why is it that...

... despite my unicycling (hops, riding, trials, muin, etc) almost 4 times a week two hours or more at a time, I'm still devoid of abs of steel?

when you are weight training if you don't change your workout you will eventually PEAK or no longer get stronger till you change your work out.
and i don't think unicycling really works your abs
