Misconception - card trick

If you watch when he first flips the cards from front to back you can see the blue card. One of the cards is blue the entire time, he never shows all four backs. He uses the same movement when showing the four backs at the beginning as the entire trick. Also, at the end, it's more obvious when he stacks the first three 'blue' cards and then puts the lone true blue card underneath them before flipping.

Overall, it's a fairly impressive trick. The sleigh(sp?) of hand is good, but the total presentation could use a makeover.

Is Chexjc really trying to inflate his ego here? I dont think so. When people post threads and make videos, are they trying to inflate their egos? No, most of them arent, maybe 1 out of 10 of them are.

That option already exists. It has always existed in your mind. If you want to ignore the thread, then dont click it, that simple.

Here you are, coming into a thread, disagreeing with the point of it, and stating your own opinions that you have formed somehow and it seems like that your opinion is right, everyone else is wrong, and there is no exception when the discussion is of magicians. You then say you wish there was a "ignore thread" option so you wouldn't have to see the threads you so seemingly like to go into and disagree about.

If you wish to ignore a thread, dont click on it. Dont come into it and start a debate. You be the solution.

Gkmac assumes i won't tell people how the tricks work..but thats probably my greatest weakness as a magician. In fact, i'll tell you all right now. Its a technique callen an Elmsey count, that squintzaur picked up on. This method allows you to conceal the 3rd card down in a packet of four. The same method is used throughout..and the ending is a bunch of Double lifts, another commonly used magic technique.
