Some more fun math...

If a 20" qu-ax trials uni with 145mm cranks rides up hill at a speed of 8mph and completes 47 full rotations of the tire, how far has it traveled?

Why? I don't know the tire diameter. I know something about the nominal wheel size but not the tire. It's probably not 20" in diameter.

What's the crank length, uphill slope, and mph have to do with it?

The question should be:

How far would a 20" qu ax go if the tire completed 47 revs..or something to that effect..

yeah what do crank length and speed have to do with it? what is the outside diameter of the tire?

If you wanna get really technical, how heavy is the rider and what is the tyre pressure?
