Its a fixed term appointment, 9 months...might just be back in time for unithon! I might have to ask if they will hold my job in PA for me while I am gone.

I looked up the weather and they really don't get that much precip there. The Keweenaw Penninsula of Michigan, where I used to live, gets much much more snow. So does Marquette, where Musketman and uni-steve511 live.
Chains or at least studs might be a good idea for the ice, though some say riding a uni on ice is easy! There are a lot of things that have to fall into place between now and me taking that job, so I don't know if it will happen, but we'll see!
