I went there today to see if they could order it, and they said that if the warehouse in columbus has it in stock, they can get it within a day ( ). the warehouse isn't open untill tuesday, and he's going to call then. I am going to call back when I get the money from my Grandparents, and see if they have it or if they've ordered it yet. I can't wait!

The Torker Unistar LX 20'' freestyle is $99.95 on unicycle.com, maybe your getting overcharged? I forgot to ask the price that the bike shop sells it for, I'm going to ask when I call/he calls. You should buy it from unicycle.com, the shipping is only 13 bucks I think.

I don't know why it is so cheap for me. I just entered my zip code and the cheapsest shipping was UPS ground for $13.64. Then the most expensive was UPS next day air early, for around $115, more that the uni itself!

Yes I can ride. I had a cheap begginers uni that my grandpa got me a while back, and I had not really stuck to trying to rid it untill I told my freinds I had a unicycle, and I brought it over for them to try. I guess I got a little jealose! I got better and better, I finaly rode 50 meters, and learned to freemount and dismount. I saw some videos of trials and freestyle and thought that was so cool, so I started to try to jump onto curbs and over a 4x4. I got good at that, and was trying to jump off our porch (maybe a foot and a half high). I had almost stuck the landing a few times when the axle statred slipping in the hub. Now it's so bad I can't even freemount; I have to very gradualy increase my speed. Now I can't wait to get my torker, which is made for that kind of stuff!

My grandpa got it for me a while back, it was probably only 30 or 40 bucks at most. One of those is good to learn to ride, but don't try freestyle or trials with it!

Could be that Ohio is closer to unicycle.com than California.
