i'm interested to see what kind of music people listen to here, so post the type of music you like and your favorite band/composer/artist. for me ....

Type of music: Hard rock/heavy metal/death metal/alternative/punk/emo/goth rock

Favorite band: Disturbed!!!!!!!!!!!! *head bangs to Down with the Sickness*

I'm the same as Jerrick, except I didn't click heavy metal, because I don't listen to angry screamy music. But I do listen to everything else.

An easy mistake to make if you're not into the style, but 'Big Band' is one particular style of the very broud genre of jazz. Maybe a 'Jazz' option would have suited better. Either that or list more of categories of jazz along with big band. Personally, I'm really getting into Swing these days and have been into Jazz Funk for some time now.
