advice please

well i can hop kind of but it's fairly off balance and i don't really have any control over it...should i do anything for setting up to hop? any help would be great, thanks.

Just practice until you can hop 3-4 inches in control, and then worry about form and setting up. BTW this kinf=d of thing should go in RSU (the other one.)

DK's advice is conservative, even a beginner hopper should be able to hop more than 3 - 4 inches. Assuming you use both legs simultaneously. Oh well, even on one leg only, hopping in control should be easily more than 3 - 4 inches. Most toddlers can do that.

What? A unicycle? What's that?
