Question Renting unicycles for workshop at the end of August?????? Can anyone help?????

I'm writing from Moncton New Brunswick in Canada and we have a great festival every year in Nova Scotia called Evolve.

I have been given the oppurtunity to host a Unicycle workshop for people who have never had the chance to look try feel and enjoy unicycling, it's like an introduction to the unicycle.

I'm looking for anybody in my neck of the woods who would be willing to lend or rent me unicycles other than the three I already have?

If anyone has any suggestions or comments please let me know.
Thanks Kiwigirl.

A more risky approach, if you can't find local people to supply you with unicycles, would be to buy some and then resell them afterward. But this would only be a good idea if you can't get anyone to bring theirs...

I thought this forum was for requests pertaining to the functionality of this site. Not for all kinds of requests. So should this thread be here then?

To be on topic for this forum: can we have a flag or something to see who moved a thread?

While I'm in my inquiring mode: why is it that the views and replies columns show nothing for this particular thread, even after my viewing and replying??

Strange things are going on, Watson.

This is a great opportunity to start a unicycle club in your area.
Our club has about 20 unicycles that we let new-comers use at gatherings and when we do workshops and uni camps as you've described. Also, to help underwrite the costs, we rent the club unicycles for $10 per week. This works out for everybody.

Thanks Kiwigirl.
Local bike shops might be willing to lend you some, in exchange for promotions at the workshop.....

Just to clarify: I read this post and replied to it in the Requests forum. It was there with the addition "Moved: " to the subject. I thought it was moved TO the Requests forum. But I now think it was moved FROM the Requests forum to RSU. Sorry for the off-topic ramble.
