yeah was very good, and thats gotta be the most and best trials I've done in one day compared to the rest of the year! Well done everyone, oh and especially Roger for 'helping out', if you were helping out Roger who was organising it!

Fantastic weekend!

I'm still feeling it though. I could barely walk yesterday, a little better today but not ready to get back on a Uni. The muni ride was the highlight of the weekend, especially as there were so many of us.

I've been editing the video of the trials comp, so I should be able to post some of it to the gallery soon, and some of the show, and the hockey. If people want any/all of the videos on DVD I'll do that for the cost of the disc.

Hi Paul - check your email!

What I forgot to put in the email was that I would like a copy of ALL the video(s) of the weekend. I'll sort that out with you later.

As for my pictures, I installed Java, and it works, but it is so slow! I am currently uploading the pictures using the form!
Anyways, they can be found in my buc11 gallery

Also, I have put up the Trials Results from the competition up.

Yes it was a good weekend, The event was organised well and they had food that we didnt have to travel far to get which was nice compared to BUC 9.

Great weekend, the only bad things were that it went too quick and it’s a year ‘till the next BUC And I can’t even make the next unimeet (quad riding that weekend).

I was so busy riding that I only managed to take two photos so please post any you have to the gallery, thanks to those who already have.

I managed to crack a couple of skills over the weekend too, thanks in part to Connie Cotter, and even did some back flips/somersaults (of sorts) thanks to Trev.

The Muni ride was excellent but did show me that my inactivity over the winter has had its toll, must get into shape.

I’ll PM you Paul about the video footage Re. our Muni conversation.

Too many good things to list, thanks go to all the organisers.

Cheers, Gary

Yeah, just like to add my appreciation to those wot organised it. My first ever BUC! The whole weekend was really excellent and has inspired me to practice more stuff on my uni.
The muni was surprisingly good, I thought that it was all flat round there...well done for seeking out some brilliant hills.

Sorry i couldnt teach you without a trampette, One hour isnt alot to work with unless the person that you are teaching has no fear of chucking themselves backwards.

That was a good weekend. I'm a bit busy this week so a quick post will have to do.
High- Winning the British Unicycle Hockey Championship with the South West team, 1st time I've been a UK Champ.

Low- Finding a MASSIVE gash in my inner tube at the start of the muni and no air Staying there, thinking I would have to miss the ride and seeing Paul go off to join the others.

Nice thing some one did for me- John Himsworth gave me a new inner tube, which Paul brought back to me and so I DID get to do the muni ride, After fixing the wheel up we headed into the woods and played unicycle tracking till we found the others.

V Pleased about- The freestyle comp had 5 entrents this year , one more than last year. Also pleased that the two young girls gave it ago with their well rehersed routine and smiley faces. And they came 4th.

sleep- I got some, ear plugs are wonderfull.
Sunshine- I saw some.
Levels testing- always goes on for ever, and i still feel bad when I have to fail someone.
Quidditch- we played some late night Saturday.
mellow- Sunday evening at the talls house, almost like a continuation of the convention, chilling out with friends in the garden talking about unicycles, nice.
Tired- after traveling 700 miles to get there and back.

Sarah
Now on tour for a week, taking "Hobsons Choice" to the theatres of Devon.

Hi all...

Just like to let you know that my gallery is now finished!
It can be found here

Some of the pics dont have captions underneath, but I changed the properties, so anyone can change them.
Please could you do me a favor, and if you know anyone on the pic, name them. If there is a series of pics with the same person in, just name the first one....

Thanks alot...

Joe M's photo of you dropping onto the beach is one of the best of the weekend, I think. Great stuff...

I don't often get the opportunity to do seat drag front and back, with recovery and nail it both times.... then wheel walk seat in back and recover! did you see that glide at the end as well! with only one fall in the whole routeen. :-)
