26 inch tires

Does anyone know if the Hookworm 26 x 2.5 tire will fit on a Sem XLW frame? I measured 13.75 inches from center of axle to bottom of seat post tube. So, as long as diameter of tire is about 27 inches or less, it should.

Looking at this picture of uni.com's Black Derby, a Sem XL with a 26 x 2.125 tire, the clearance already looks pretty tight.
