Seatpost sizes?
What is the standard seatpost size? Or is there a standard?
And more specifically... Does a coker frame accept the KH saddle's seatpost without a shim? -Nearly a coker owner |

A 22.2mm is pretty standard with most cheaper unis. a coker does fit a 22.2mm. I dont know exactly which seatpost your refering to.

When you buy just the KH saddle from Unicycle.com, does it come with a seatpost? If so what size is it?

I dont think it does. So your going to need to buy one seperately, and with a coker your going to need a 22.2mm.
