GIF Editor
Anyone know of a good freeware GIF editor that runs on Windows? Something with basic picture editing, setting the trasparent color, 256 color palette optimization, and other cool features. Being able to set the transparent color is the main feature I'm looking for.
I want to fix up my avatar and I'm too cheap to buy software that I'll only use to edit an avatar and nothing else.
