contributors not registered

I just wondered why some who contribute the most here aren't registered. I'm sure there is a good reason.?. Anyway, on a similar note, is there a list of all those who are registered so we might determine just how many check this forum or find another rider in our area? As far as I know, I'm the only uni rider in my town.

Not everyone uses the forums here on <unicyclist.com>. Some people use a newsreader to read <rec.sports.unicycling>. Others read it using the email list. The people who use email or a newsreader will show up as a guest (or not registered) in the forum. The forum, email list, and <rec.sports.unicycling> are all linked so messages posted to one get sent to the others.

There is a roster of unicyclists at <http://www.unicycling.org/roster/> if you're looking for other unicyclists in your area.

Yes, I've been to that roster and added myself. The nearest registered person is about 75 miles away.

Thanks for clearing up about the non-registerees. I guess I assumed incorrectly that most users simply used the web based forums.
