maple/matlab koan
if you had two side by side computers, one with maple running, and one with matlab running and a gun with only one bullet... the question is which one would you shoot, and which monitor would you smash with the gun
(The eternal delemna: one gives no answer or incorrect answer, the other one outsmarts me) (mathcad and mathmatica are in the corner trying to look inconspicuous) |

Matlab! Matlab!
Actually, I like Matlab, but spent way too long programming in it. Useless skill now. |

I've never tried Maple, so Matlab. Mathematica gets a helping caring hand, gets out of the corner and sits down on the table swinging legs.

Maple saved my bacon in college
Matlab is used in many different industries for R&D I think I chose poorly
