Dear fellow unicyclists:

Roger Davies, man of the carbon fiber unicycle and our UK partner, will = be
traveling from England to the United States tomorrow. Many of you = have read
the legendary stories of Roger's uphill races where he beats = even bicyclists
to the finish line. Last year he won a = Pashley-sponsored race and was awarded
a Pashley suspension-fork MUni! = But that's another story.

We're delighted to host Roger in our Georgia home. We look forward to = riding
on the sidewalks in our town and the trails in the North Georgia = mountains.
Those in the Atlanta area are welcome to stop in and meet = Roger, and join us
for a ride. Roger is bringing two carbon fiber = unicycles!

Many of you requested notification when our huge Miyata order arrived; = it's
in! This includes about 250 cycles, color saddles = (red/blue/green), cranks,
chains, pedals, frames, hubs, bearings, tires, = etc. In short, just about
everything Miyata is in stock. We've added = many new products and offerings,
including a new freestyle designer = series that are built on Miyata and
Semcycle XL frames: = http://www.unicyclesource.com/Design...ies150664.html

Our business has continued to grow, thanks in large part to each of you. =
You've continued to suggest products and processes which have helped us = to
better understand the unicyclists we serve. We've ridden with you = and listened
to you at the national conventions, at the California MUni = weekends, by email,
by letters and by phone, in the USA and abroad. = Your contributions have been
key to the small measure of success we've = enjoyed. Amy and I are deeply
grateful to the entire unicycling = community.

We're in the process of moving our inventory to a 60,000 square-foot = warehouse
(which we share), where we're streamlining our fulfillment = process and
improving operations. This move will position us to keep = shipping most
products within 48 hours, even as we grow. A few of you = noticed that the
Christmas season nearly overwhelmed us, despite that = we'd hired many extra
'elves'. We apologize for that, and we're = confident that our new processes
will enable more timely responses = during Christmas 2001.

We'll continue to introduce new products that will excite if not = astonish you.
Most of them are being developed by members of this = community. Look for more
announcements in the coming months.

On behalf of the entire Unicycle.com team, we thank you for a generous = and
prosperous 2000, and we look forward to serving you again during = this new
year. See you in Toronto if not before!

Best Regards,

John & Amy Drummond www.Unicycle.com 1-800-Unicycle
