Please be careful !

This write up was going to be on me and two of my friends having a few beers and some vids and pictures of us riding (well me riding and them learning), but instead i ended up in hospital with 10 or more stiches in my face and bleeding from my mouth, ears and nose, (no pics as i don't think its appropriate).

keep in mind some people you can talk to and some are just out for blood, as these idiots were. they pulled up in there car along side us on our way back from the pub and straight away started beating the shit out of us for no reason.

I guess the reason i am writing this is who cares if you have to pay a $40 cab ride home i'm telling you F*&$ING PAY the cab fair. We were half a street away from home when this happened also as mentioned above some people just can't be reasoned with.

Hi mate, as a fellow Aussie I am sorry to hear what happened and hope you heal up ok. It is a pretty sad state of affairs when you can not have some fun without the fear of getting attacked. Steeley

Unfortunately, I'd go broke if I never walked or rode my uni home.

And although I am careful, we are all vulnerable to random acts of violence

Wow

got my stitches out yesterday and i counted them as they were taken out i had 20 stitches in my face, almost back to my self again and can't wait to ride.

i think one of my mates still has a video of earlier that day before we went to the pub, i'll try and get that up.

Did you pay attention to their license plate ?
The same thing pretty much happened to me as well a few years back. I hated myself for not memorizing their plate number...
The worst is forgetting the trauma, it heals slower than the physical wounds...

Get better, I feel for you.

Thanks THIEUM

yeah one of my mates got a partial number plate but not enough to find them which really sucks. there were three of us, i got the worst of it, another one us got a broken nose and the third one never went down and when he seen the two of us down he just went ape S*&T and fought them all off (his nick name is the hulk ha ha).

As for the trauma i don't remember it happening i was that drunk, the last thing i remember is passing out in the beer gardens at the pub than waking up in the ambulance on the way to hospital (i know people say it all the time but i'm seriously not going to drink like that again) all i know is what my mates told me. I still feel pretty crap about the whole thing.

since the accident 11 days ago my face has healed pretty good i might not have a scar in time but i have a permanent ringing in my ear which i am going to have checked out and hopefully can be fixed.

situational awareness

the outcome would have been the same if i was sober, it was a gang bashing and good advise is good advise regardless of who it comes from... be careful!

also as previously mentioned i wont be drinking like that anymore (my 2 mates have said the same thing)
