The butcher - my new hero

Don't know any facts regarding this photo, but if this guy really does his job on a unicycle - kudos to him! A UPD onto any of those meat hooks would have to be cause for a bad day!

especially considering floors in places like that can be quite slippery

Hey, thanks for posting that commercial, I don't think I ever saw it before! The image of the butcher is well known here of course. But seeing the guy ride, it's obvious he's no poser, he's a really solid unicyclist! That big chunk of Fred Flintstone dinner had to be pretty heavy...
