You guys only did 1/2 Hill workout

What about going downhill?

Balancing would be easier, but you still get a leg workout.
Just one condition. Don't use your brakes.

Coming down is easy on a 24 or even a 29 with longish cranks. No brakes required.

My knees already hurt just by looking at it. I'd definitely use a brake.

Baldwin isn't the steepest street anymore ... Now it's Ffordd Pen Llech in Harlech, Wales.

Edit: Oh, I see, GizmoDuck was faster than me ...

Needs more houses to be considered a street IMHO, but I guess it meets the Guinness guidelines.

Baldwin Street will just have to be the steepest straight street. I used to cycle up every day when I lived down the road.
