Threa for people whose age > 15yrs old

So yeah, how do you like them apples?

Sorry, and I know that it's not thier fault, but some of the young'uns are starting to annoy me .

Maybe it's just things that are going on in my life right now that are causing me stress, but sometimes (especially lately) I read a post and it just _sounds_ immature. It's not until I check their posted age that I make judgement as to whether or not they actually *are* prepubescent, or if they're just acting in such a way.

Now let's all talk behind their backs teeheeteehee!

(BTW, I know that people whose age ≤ 15 are bound to visit this thread, but let's just see what kind of replies we get here...)

Yeah, I agree with what you're saying. A prime example is the Shaun J. hate thread, started by a 13 year old. And of course, anything dan da man posts. :P

Mostly it's the spelling and grammar that bothers me...but the generic silliness is sometimes bothersome as well.

I don't want to point out anyone in particular (though I'm sure I could come up with about a dozen names ), but, yeah, James has hit the proverbial nail on the head.

And you, DWAS; you figured out the exact thread from which this thread was spurred!

Kudos to both of you.

I'm sure all the 40 somethings on here are saying exactly the same about about the late teenagers.

My old what?

Case in point.

It's not that I'm really old, it's just that most people under the age of 15 disgregard aspects of our English language that allow us fogies to fully comprehend the point that one is trying to make.

I'm turning 19 in 1 month, 23 days. 19 is practically 20, and 20 is practically 21. Once you turn 21, you're almost 30, and then in 5 more years you're halfway to 70. 10 years later and I'm to the point that most people are close to death, if not already there.

So, I guess you're right. "My almost dead."

Pussy-whipped

After reading those definitions I've concluded that I wasn't ever _that_ bad. I didn't blow off friends to be with her, we would just all go do whatever we were going to do together. I suppose it was just the way I sent her emails and messages daily, compared to the weekly/every-other-day contact that I have with her now, that was surprising. And how I'd do her statistics, philosophy, oceanography, and american literature homework (make copies of mine) for her, photoshop pictures for her, and do other stuff...for partytime/sexytime in return. It really wasn't bad at all.

I miss it, to tell you the truth .

I don't miss the goo-goo-ga-ga way I spoke with her sometimes, but it got me certain things that were worth it.

...the worst part is that she has the same emails/conversations archived in gmail too...I smell extortion if I do anything to piss her off (which is highly unlikely).

Moral of the story:
"Be careful what you say online, especially in gtalk!"

Oh.... well I'm not that bad with Laura, but I guess by loose definition I've been pussy-whipped for while. Oi, I just realized it will have been 1 year total that we have been going out as of next month on the 7th.

....and some of the others like to speak in tongues throughout their posts, only to finish with a two-word reply that I can understand

Please note that, if English was not your first language, it is not (entirely ) your fault for misspelling/mistyping certain things, and you are thereby granted certain "annoyance rights" - privileges that not many people are allowed.
