Question Any help on picking/kicking up the seat after seat drags?

I can normally ride 30 pedals during a seat drag now, I'm better with the forward, but am fastly improving with doing them with the seat in the back. I just want to hear some of your techniques of how to ride out of them, and possibly how you learned them.
