Looks like I won't be at BMW afterall.

I went to a physio today to get my knee checked out after it started hurting on Sundays ride. I'm taped up, on ibuprofen and doing lots of weird stretching and strengthening exercises, hoping that it gets better before the London to Brighton and Redbull, and I'm not allowed to ride. If I'm very good I can go for a 20 minute bike ride on Sunday, no unicycling though

Have a great weekend. Hopefully I'll see some of you at Redbull or in Derby or in Manchester, or at BMW in September.

Paul

W00000000000t!

I think most people are turning up around 6-8 ish, although a few of us ultra-hardcore types (yeah right) are getting there around 2-3 ish in the afternoon. But then, to be honest I have absolutely no idea who's actually coming, so I could be very wrong...

I've put my computer-drawing hat on to create a masterpiece showing my favourite bits of trail on a map. May I present the Best Bits!

See you all tomorrow!

Phil

At the campsite, here. Where the main road bends left there's a little road straight on with a farm entrance on the right; the campsite is behind the farmhouse.

If you need help finding the place or whatnot give me a ring.

Phil

Phil

I hope to arrive at 1930, maybe earlier, and will probably eat at the pub. Unfortunately it looks like I will only be riding on the Saturday before shooting home Sunday morning.

Its not my camera unfortunately, it belongs to a friend of mine. He's going to put the raw footage onto cd for me & send it, and I'll edit & post it hopefully by the end of the week. I really wanted is sooner, cos alicks fall is particularly funny. And of course you sliding onto a trail down a steep bank on your arse Amanda .

Loose.

Thumbs up

An excellent day's riding (Saturday). Thanks to Phil and all involved - sorry I had to leg it early on Saturday evening, and hope you didn't get too wet on Sunday!

Did Sam's (RedWelly) string seatpost survive another day?
