Yesterday I went on a long 4:30h uniride to cross the Golden Gate Bridge. I took BART to Embarcadero and rode from there about 7 miles to the bridge, went over it as far as possible on the ped. side, turned around and rode about half of it again on the cyclists only side. Then I realised that I wouldn't have enough time for Sonoma eitherway and desided to turn around. Afterwards I walked around Fort Point (my unicycle had to wait at the entrance) before I went all the way back to BART. It was a great day!!!

Pic 1: The bridge gets close
Pic 2: riding on the bridge
Pic 3: "Sh**! How do I get to Sonoma now?"
Pic 4: No words
Pic 5: The bridge
Pic 6: The shades are getting longer on the way back
Pic 7: Just 20 min of riding left and I got a hole in the tube

Last Saturday, 6 week after my first MUni ride, 10km MUni from 1120 to 2082m.
Chamechaude French Alps.
It was fun and instructive even if I wasn't able to ride all the way down the mountain(somtimes to steep, sometime to slipery due to the mud after thaw(close to the summit, even by foot it was hard to avoid falling !).

Garden of the Gods

Had a great time at Garden of the Gods in southern Illinois. Beautiful scenery and some pretty challenging trails. I will definitely have to go back when I have more time.
Watch for steep drop offs!

On top of the world!

The obligatory uni in tree shot.

Hope you all enjoy, I know I did.

Very nice. I was hoping there would be Halloween rides. I'm ashamed of myself for not riding in my costume. I did participate in the Thriller dance at school though.

I went and rode around in costume during trick-or-treat, much to the delight of many kids and parents.

It's a gopro camera. Very small and I such good resolution.

I plan to carry one facing backwards under my seat just for those moments when I am cut off by a Sydney taxi or other selfish driver.

Interestingly on this morning, and in the vid, I was idling at a stop sign and a taxi driver, with the right of way, waved me on.
