Mike, that top pic is absolutely beautiful. Those types of places are special, and always a treat to be in.

We need to ride mid-mountain. I can think of several places on the trail just like that.

Ok it's not as spectacular as Aspen Mike's photos. I was out on the trails averaging 10 mph. I'm really enjoying the big wheel.

Yes, happy that she started to ride after festival On her first session BTW.

About hopping it depends how high And depends on personal abilities.

That's really great, Hudson, congrats!
(So far I can't get anyone else in my family to try it.)

Metric Century!

That's right. My first metric century, 100km (62.5 miles)! I rode from Southwick, MA down into CT on the Farmington Valley Trail. The last ten miles were painful. With all my stops, it took me 6hrs 45min. Then I somehow managed to ride another 7.5 miles with our unicycle club.

TragicWarrior, that's awesome!

I also love your green-tinted KH. There aren't enough green uni's in the world!

Thanks a lot! It was good motivation when she saw girls riding unis and wondering why she can't ride

Here are some more:

My poor California is on fire again, but at least I get to enjoy Southern Oregon's incredible sunsets because of these fires. Unicycled to the YMCA to weight train. Probably won't do that again, seeing as my arms felt like they were going to fall off during the ride home.

Yeah, I was having a hard time staying on my unicycle because every ten feet or so I'd jump off and snap another picture! Yesterday was the first thunderstorm I'd been in since I was a kid, so I guess this is what thunderstorms look like from afar?
