Limburgs moisste

entschuldigt bitte, dass ich hier auf deutsch schreibe, aber mein Hollandisch ist noch schlechter als mein Englisch.

Hat jemand von euch schon einmal beim Limburgs moisste mit dem Einrad teilgenommen. Ist das überhaupt erlaubt?

The method of this kind of conclusion brewing is incorrect, and in some countries probably deadly dangerous.
But to stick with your kind of logic;
in that case it depends what you take as the official authority; the country it's governmental diplomatic factsheets (which mostly do not list it), or the United Nations (who assigned it a ISO code, as being an language, and not a dialect).
I abstain from making a hard conclusion, but personally would also go for the label dialect, simply because it's hardly any different. But the same counts for Afrikaans...
