Hmm, I've never actualy done seat drops before. But I can ride an ultimate wheel, idling, backwards etc. I have 4 days to learn, I presume picking it up with yuor heals the hard part?

I did manage to go from never having coasted to getting a few 1-1.5 revolution coasts that landed back to pedals. Was really hoping to get 2 revolutions before filming, but that plan ended up being my undoing.
