The crank fell off!

It fell right off. Barely touched it. Very annoying.

It's brand new, bought it on Ebay. Never got to test it. Very disappointing.

When you take it in for the warranty repair, get them to re-lace the wheel correctly. It's awfully hard getting the chuck on the valve stem is in the smallest spoke gap.

Pump up the tire to about 300 PSI.
