Because you will never forget it and you might reget it.
My local uni buddies wouldn't come with me, but here I go.

I'd like to go even have the weekend off but I'm lacking the skill to do any riding just yet.

Don't worry about skill. My first Muni weekend was the 2nd Calif Muni weekend back in 1997. I could barely ride, so I rode one of those 2-wheeler things that weekend. That allowed me to always ride with the top riders and see what I needed to learn. Hikers also are welcome on these rides. That can actually be quite fun. One time at a Muni weekend on one ride I just brought a camera and ran all around taking photos on the trail (a short one, only 3 miles). Anything goes.

note: My favorite mountain growing up in AZ was ''hole in the rock''. But it's not technical enough for muni. That would be a good big wheel area.(I think). Not that I'm bringing a big wheel.
I know there are a million places to ride in the valley.

So it looks like I might be able to make it. Anyone want to carpool from the LA/OC area?! Also looking for a nice cheap place to crash, any idea's? Might try couchsurfing...

Don't know when I'd go but would love to play a round of disc golf if we can fit it in....

I can bring with some of the 24 X 3 Intense Tires and Tubes if anyone is interested please let me know. For more info follow the link below.

I am in charge of the trials course. It will be man made.

The main organizers have failed to tell me where it is going to be... so i am starting to get a lil stressed.

Looking for some details on the weekend, which trailheads, what times, etc. Leaving Thursday, so would love to get it soon. Maybe I am not looking in the right place. Thank you.
